Silkjet offers In-house facilities for a full range of post mould activities. These include Assembly, Collation, Printing, foil blocking, packing and dispatch available to your requirements ready for the marketplace.
Printing in-house includes 4 Colour Pad Printing (Tampo) and Large format Pad Printing up to 350mm wide.
We also offer Hot Foil printing in small and large size print up to 200mm.
Custom printing plates can be made to your requirements and are offered at cost, art work supplied. Art work can be produced from your sketch.
Custom colour inks available too.
We have a partner who offers Silk Screen Printing on our site for both small and large volumes.
Ultrasonic welding is also one of our specialities along with Solvent Welding and Bonding.
Flame polishing, heat bending and routing are also performed in our POS works
