the 1000t machine allows us to run components up to 6.5kg shot weight.

We have many years experience in Point Of Sale display manufacture and we have proved continually to provide excellent Service, Quality and On Time Delivery in a sector that demands rapid response and extremely short lead-times.
The majority of our injection moulded components are custom mouldings for our partners using fully hardened tooling, we also specialise in “soft” aluminium Alloy tools for both POS and Custom Mouldings, in a variety of polymers.
We have a comprehensive source of both re-cycled and Prime Polymers and offer advice on all aspects of material selection taking into consideration function and cost. We offer filled and unfilled materials including conductive polymers.
