We manufacture tooling in our sister company Injection Plastics Ltd, predominantly smaller sized tools up to 1 tonne, larger tools are manufactured by our many partners in the UK, we can offer far eastern tooling project managed by us but we would recommend UK tooling for most applications.
Where low volumes of product are required plastic injection moulding is often not considered due to perceived high tool costs, we offer low cost Aluminium Alloy tooling at a sensible price that enables low volumes to be commercially viable we also offer the same technical assistance in design and development as well as material selection.

Tools are manufactured in a variety of materials including Aluminium Alloys, Pre-toughened steel and fully hard steel. Again the right solution at the right price!
